1. Service Description & Technical Compliance

• BackorderPro is a Nominet-approved registrar
• We ensure system security and resilience
• We comply with all Nominet system instructions
• We maintain appropriate technical competence levels

2. Customer Service Commitments

We commit to:

• Notify you about domain expiry 30 days in advance
• Act promptly on reasonable domain change requests
• Process complaints within 5 working days
• Keep you informed of any service changes
• Make all key terms clear before contract formation

3. Nominet Terms Integration

• All services are subject to Nominet's Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration
• You must review and accept Nominet's terms before using our service
• Changes to Nominet's terms may affect our service

4. Data Quality Assurance

We maintain:

• Complete and accurate data submission
• Validated registrant information
• Secure data handling practices
• Compliance with Nominet's Data Quality Policy

5. Service Terms

5.1 Backorder Process

• Payment required only for successful captures
• No guarantee of successful domain acquisition
• Multiple customers may backorder same domain
• Compliance with all Nominet regulations

5.2 Post-Capture Requirements

• Prompt transfer to designated registrar
• No ongoing domain management provided
• Customer responsible for renewals after transfer

6. Law Enforcement & Compliance

We:

• Comply with UK law enforcement requests
• Maintain required documentation
• Participate in registrar reviews
• Report abuse as required
